60 Offences
(1)
A person to whom a radiation protection order, radiation protection cessation order or reparation order is issued must comply with the order. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $100 000. Expiation fee: $3 000.
(2)
A person must not hinder or obstruct a person complying with a radiation protection order, radiation protection cessation order or reparation order issued under this Act. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $100 000.
