9 Accreditations to continue
An accreditation issued under Part 3 Division 3B of the repealed Act in force immediately before the commencement of this clause will, on that commencement, be taken to be an accreditation under Part 4Division 5 of this Act and any conditions to which the accreditation was subject under the repealed Act immediately before that commencement will continue to apply to the accreditation under this Act as if they had been imposed under this Act.
