171 Transmission to be recorded in Register Book
The
Registrar-General shall in any such case, upon being furnished with evidence of the bankruptcy and the non-appointment of a trustee, or of the appointment of or assignment to the trustee, accompanied by an application in the appropriate form executed by the Official Receiver or trustee, to be registered as proprietor of the estate or interest to be therein specified and described, make a record in the Register
Book of the bankruptcy or the appointment of or assignment to the trustee, as the case may require, and upon such record being made the
Official Receiver or trustee shall be the registered proprietor of the estate or interest of the bankrupt or assignor in such land.
