15 Relationships Register
(1)
The Registrar must maintain a register of registered relationships (the Relationships Register).
(2)
The Register—
(a)
must contain the particulars of each registered relationship required under this Act, or another law, to be included in the Register;
and
(b)
may contain further information if its inclusion is authorised under the regulations.
(3)
The Register may be wholly or partly in the form of a computer data base, in documentary form, or in another form the Registrar considers appropriate.
