28 Review
(1)
A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Registrar made in the performance or purported performance of functions under this Act may apply to the Magistrates Court for a review of the decision.
(2)
On a review, the Court may—
(a)
confirm, vary or reverse the Registrar's decision;
and
(b)
make consequential and ancillary orders and directions.
