30 Unauthorised access to or interference with Register
A person must not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful authority—
(a)
obtain access to the Register or information contained in the
Register; or
(b)
make, alter or delete an entry in the Register; or
(c)
interfere with the Register in any other way.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
