8 Registration of relationships

(1)

The Registrar must register a relationship as soon as practicable after the end of the cooling‑off period if—

(a)

the Registrar is satisfied that the relationship may be registered under this Act; and

(b)

the application has not been withdrawn.

(2)

The Registrar registers a relationship by making an entry relating to the relationship in the Register, including any particulars required by regulation.
