18 Notification of variation, suspension or revocation of licence
(1)
If the NHMRC Licensing Committee varies, suspends or revokes a licence, the Committee must notify—
(a)
the licence holder; and
(b)
the relevant HREC; and
(c)
any other person or body prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
The NHMRC Licensing Committee must also notify the relevant HREC, and any other prescribed person or body, if a licence is surrendered.
