100 Time for making application
(1)
An application may be made to the Tribunal within 1 month after the applicant receives notice of the reviewable decision unless the Tribunal allows an extension of time.
(2)
The Tribunal must only allow an extension of time under subsection (1) if satisfied—
(a)
that good reason exists; and
(b)
that another party will not be unreasonably disadvantaged because of the delay in commencing the proceedings.
