108 Recovery of costs of representation
(1)
A representative of a party to proceedings before the Tribunal under this Act must not charge nor seek to recover for work involved in, or associated with, that representation an amount exceeding the amount allowable under a scale fixed by regulation. Maximum penalty: $2 000.
(2)
Before proposing a regulation under this section to the Executive
Council, the Minister must consult with the Crown
Solicitor.
