117 Interpretation
In this Part—
medical question means a question about any of the following matters:
(a)
a permanent impairment matter;
(b)
the nature and extent of any hearing loss suffered by a worker;
(c)
any other matter that the Tribunal or a court considers should be subject to assessment or advice under this Part for the purposes of particular proceedings.
