58 Interpretation
In this Division—
appointed day means the day on which the 1971
Act was repealed by the Workers
Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986;
compensating authority means the Corporation or a self‑insured employer;
1971 Act means the
Workers Compensation
Act 1971.
