76 Retirement age
In awarding damages for future economic loss due to deprivation or impairment of earning capacity or loss of expectation of financial support in a case where this Part applies, the court is to disregard any earning capacity of the worker after pension age (as defined in the Social Security Act 1991 of the
Commonwealth for persons other than veterans).
