98 Conferral of jurisdiction
(1)
The Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with a reviewable decision.
(2)
Despite section 27 of the South Australian Employment Tribunal
Act 2014, the Tribunal will conduct a review of a reviewable decision as a hearing
de novo.
