31 Regulations and proclamations
(1)
The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A regulation may impose a penalty not exceeding $2 500 for contravention of or non-compliance with the regulation.
(3)
The Governor may make proclamations for the purposes of this Act.
