5A Certain rights etc are not personal property for the purposes of Commonwealth Act
The following are not personal property for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth:
(a)
a Special Tenement;
(b)
a right, entitlement or authority granted by or under this Act that is of a kind declared by the regulations not to be personal property for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
