(1)
A person who has been issued with a notice under this Division may seek a review of the notice by the Tribunal under section 34 of the
South Australian Civil and Administrative
Tribunal Act 2013.
(2)
An application for review may be made to the Tribunal within
14 days after the notice is served on the person (or such longer period as the Tribunal may allow).
(3)
An enforcement agency is entitled to be a party to proceedings under this section.
(4)
Subsection (3) applies in addition to section 53 of the South Australian Civil and
Administrative Tribunal
Act 2013.
