52 Annual reports by enforcement agencies
(1)
An enforcement agency (other than the Minister) must, on or before
30 September in each year, furnish to the Minister a report on the activities of the enforcement agency under this Act during the financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2)
The Minister must, within 6 sitting days after receiving a report under subsection (1), cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
