23P Surrender of licence
(1)
A person whose security agents licence has been cancelled under section 23O must, within 7 days of the date on which the cancellation takes effect, surrender the licence to the
Commissioner.
(2)
A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to surrender his or her licence in accordance with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $1 250.
