7 Grant of licence
(1)
Subject to this Act, the Commissioner may, on application by a person, grant a security agents licence, an investigation agents licence or a security industry trainers licence to the person.
(2)
The Commissioner may, at the applicant's request, grant the licence (a temporary licence) for a limited term (not exceeding
12 months).
