Division 5Offenders incapable of controlling, or unwilling to control, sexual instincts
67 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations—
(a)
providing for the care, treatment, rights and duties of a person detained in custody under this Division in consequence of being found to be incapable of controlling the person's sexual instincts;
(b)
providing for the granting of periods of leave for a person so detained;
(c)
providing for any other related matter.
