12 Notice of declaration
(1)
As soon as practicable after the making of a declaration under this
Part, the Commissioner must publish notice of the declaration in the Gazette and in a newspaper circulating generally throughout the State.
(2)
Unless the Court otherwise directs, the declaration is of no effect until notice of it is published under subsection (1).
