Registration of corresponding control order cancelled automatically in certain circumstances

Current

The registration of a corresponding control order under this Part is immediately cancelled if—

(a)

the person to whom the order relates becomes subject to a control order or interim control order made under

Part

3; or

(b)

the order was made in reliance on the person to whom the order relates—

(i)

being a member of a particular organisation that is subject to a corresponding declaration; or

(ii)

associating with a member of a particular organisation that is subject to a corresponding declaration, and the corresponding declaration is no longer in force.
