5 SGIC subsidiaries
(1)
The SGIC subsidiaries are—
(a)
the bodies corporate specified in Schedule 2; and
(b)
the bodies corporate classified by proclamation as SGIC subsidiaries.
(2)
The Governor may, by proclamation—
(a)
classify a body corporate specified in the proclamation as an SGIC subsidiary; or
(b)
vary or revoke a classification under this section.
