41 Social worker to produce certificate of registration
A registered social worker must, on request by a prescribed person for a purpose related to the provision of prescribed social work services by the social worker, produce the person's certificate of registration. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $1 250. Expiation fee: $160.
In this section—
prescribed person means—
the Registrar, or a person authorised by the Registrar;
or
a person to whom the social worker has provided, or is providing, social work services; or
a service provider who has provided, or who is proposing to provide, social work services through the social worker; or
any other person brought within the ambit of this definition by the regulations.
