11 Orders for costs of proceedings in prescribed circumstances

For the purposes of section 91(3)(b) of the Act, the

Tribunal may, in respect of proceedings that come within the Tribunal's review jurisdiction, make an order for costs of proceedings against a party in the following circumstances:

(a)

if the Tribunal makes an order to dismiss or strike out all, or any

part, of a proceeding under section 47(3) of the Act;

(b)

if the Tribunal makes an order to dismiss or strike out all, or any

part, of a proceeding under section 47(4) of the Act;

(c)

if the Tribunal makes an order to dismiss or strike out a proceeding under section 48(2) of the Act;

(d)

if the Tribunal makes an order or determination under section 49(2) of the Act.
