61 Declaration of non‑communicable conditions

(1)

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare a disease or medical condition to be a non‑communicable condition if the Minister considers that the disease or medical condition is of significance to public health.

(2)

The Minister may, by further notice in the Gazette, revoke a declaration under subsection (1).
