26 Commission to prepare South Australian Skills Standards
The Commission must, in accordance with any requirements set out in the regulations, prepare and maintain standards for the purposes of this Act (the South Australian Skills
Standards).
The Commission may, in accordance with any requirements set out in the regulations, vary the South Australian Skills Standards (and must review the Standards at least every 5 years).
The Commission must cause the South Australian Skills Standards, or the South Australian Skills Standards as varied, (as the case requires) to be published—
in the Gazette; and
on a website determined by the Commission.
The South Australian Skills Standards, and any variation of the
Standards, have effect from the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.
For the purposes of this section, a reference to a variation of the
South Australian Skills Standards will be taken to include a reference to the substitution of the Standards.
