54C Revocation of declaration
(1)
The Commission may, by notice in writing on the application of a prohibited employer or on the Commission's own motion, revoke a declaration under section 54B if the Commission is satisfied that it is, in all of the circumstances, appropriate to do so.
(2)
An application under this section—
(a)
must be made in a manner and form determined by the Commission;
and
(b)
must be accompanied by any information or documents required by the
Commission; and
(c)
must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
