70G Offence to exert undue influence etc in relation to training contracts and training plans
A person must not exert undue influence or pressure on, or use unfair tactics against, another person in relation to—
(a)
entering a training contract; or
(b)
endorsing a training plan, or variation of a training plan;
or
(c)
any matter relating to, or arising out of, a training contract or training plan.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
