22 Staff
(1)
The staff of the Board is comprised of—
(a)
such
Public Service employees as are assigned to assist the Board; and
(b)
such other persons as the Board may employ for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
(2)
A person employed under subsection (1)(b) is not a Public Service employee.
(3)
The
Board may, with the approval of the appropriate Minister, make use of Government facilities or equipment.
