111 Remedy for misappropriation
(1)
The Supreme Court may, upon application by, or on behalf of, the
Commissioner, grant a rule requiring any person who has received money payable by way of duty, or the executor or administrator of any such person, to show cause why he should not deliver to the Commissioner an account upon affidavit of any duty or sum of money received by that person, executor or administrator and why it should not be forthwith paid to the
Commissioner.
(2)
The Court may make absolute such a rule and enforce by attachment or otherwise the payment of any such duty or sum of money as appears to be due, together with costs.
