4 Compliance with Schedule
(1)
A member of CGO who contravenes a requirement under this Schedule is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2)
A member of CGO who submits a return under this Schedule that is to the knowledge of the member false or misleading in a material particular (whether by reason of information included in or omitted from the return) is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
