7 Removal from office
The
Governor may remove a member of CGO from office—
(a)
for misconduct; or
(b)
for breach of, or non-compliance with, a condition of office; or
(c)
for failure or incapacity to carry out official duties satisfactorily;
or
(d)
on the recommendation of the Minister.
