35 South Australian Suicide Register
The Chief Executive must establish and maintain a register (the
South Australian Suicide Register) containing information and statistics in relation to deaths by suicide occurring in the State.
The South Australian Suicide Register must contain any information required by the regulations, and may contain any other information the Chief
Executive thinks appropriate.
The regulations may make further provision in relation to the South
Australian Suicide Register (including, to avoid doubt, by limiting the purposes for which the South Australian Suicide Register can be accessed or used).
