21V Record keeping
(1)
A person must keep records in accordance with the regulations for the purposes of this Part.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $160.
(2)
A record required to be kept by a person under this section must be kept for a period of 2 years.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $160.
