56 Depositing or leaving dead animals in streets etc
A person who deposits the carcass of an animal, or leaves the carcass of an animal, belonging to the person upon—
(a)
a street, road or other thoroughfare; or
(b)
a public park or reserve; or
(c)
land or premises abutting any such place as is mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b), to the annoyance of persons in any such place, land or premises is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $750.
