74 Power to enter licensed premises etc

(1)

A police officer, when called upon by the holder of a licence under the

Liquor

Licensing Act 1997, may—

(a)

enter the premises to which the licence relates; and

(b)

without any warrant, apprehend any person whom the officer finds drunk and behaving in a riotous or indecent manner or whom the officer finds fighting, or using threatening, abusive or insulting words, or behaving in a threatening, abusive or insulting manner.

(2)

The powers conferred by subsection (1) are additional to powers conferred on a police officer by or under any other Act.
