85 Regulations
The
Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may—
vary the provisions of Schedule
2 (other than clauses 3 to 11 inclusive) by including provisions in, or deleting provisions from, the Schedule;
impose fees in relation to the administration of this Act;
impose a penalty (not exceeding a fine of $2 500) for contravention of, or non-compliance with, a regulation.
The regulations may—
be of general application or vary in their application according to prescribed factors; and
provide that a matter or thing in respect of which regulations may be made is to be determined according to the discretion of the Minister or the
Commissioner.
