Fees and levies

In force

(1)

The Institution of Surveyors—

(a)

must keep separate accounts of fees and levies received under this

Act; and

(b)

must prepare a statement of those accounts in respect of each financial year and have the statement audited by a registered company auditor.

(2)

Fees and levies received by the Institution of Surveyors under this

Act may only be used in carrying out the functions assigned to the Institution by this Act.
