Survey Act 1992

For the purposes of section 22 of the

South Australian Civil and Administrative

Tribunal Act 2013, there will be a panel of assessors consisting of—

persons representative of surveyors; and

persons representative of members of the public who deal with surveyors.

In any proceedings under this Division, the Tribunal may, if the

President so determines, sit with 1 or more assessors selected from the panel by the President.

In this section—

President means the President of the Tribunal appointed under the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Act 2013.
