6 Delegation
(1)
The Surveyor‑General may delegate to any person any of the
Surveyor‑General's functions or powers under this or any other
Act.
(2)
A delegation under this section—
(a)
may be made subject to such conditions as the
Surveyor‑General thinks fit; and
(b)
is revocable at will; and
(c)
does not derogate from the power of the Surveyor‑General to act in any matter.
