19 Certification of plans
A surveyor must certify a plan of a cadastral survey by completing a certificate, in a form approved by the
Surveyor‑General.
If a surveyor certifies a plan of a cadastral survey undertaken by another surveyor, the certifying surveyor must certify that—
the survey was undertaken under the supervision of the certifying surveyor; and
the survey complied with all requirements of the Act.
A surveyor must not certify a plan of a cadastral survey unless satisfied that—
the survey has been carried out in accordance with this Part;
and
the plan complies with the requirements of this Part;
and
the certificate complies with the requirements of this regulation. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $2 000.
