27 Adoption of Code of Ethics
For the purposes of section 63(3)(b) of the Act, a surveyor to whom the Act applies must comply with the provisions of the Professional Practice Rules of the Surveyors
Board‑Code of Ethics, published in the Gazette by the
Institution of Surveyors, as in force from time to time.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $2 000.
