26 Minister to be advised of change in financial or operating capacity
TAFE SA must advise the Minister, as soon as practicable, of any material development that affects the financial or operating capacity of TAFE
SA or gives rise to an expectation that TAFE SA may not be able to meet its debts as and when they fall due.
