33 Delegation
(1)
The Minister, the Board or the Chief Executive may delegate a function under this Act—
(a)
to a specified person or body; or
(b)
to a person occupying a specified office or position.
(2)
A delegation under this section—
(a)
must be by instrument in writing; and
(b)
may be absolute or made subject to conditions; and
(c)
is revocable at will; and
(d)
does not limit the power of the Minister, the Board or Chief
Executive (as the case may be) to act in any matter; and
(e)
may, if the instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated.
