14 Special leave
The Chief Executive may, where reasonable cause exists, grant to a prescribed employee special leave with pay for a period or periods not exceeding, in aggregate, 15 duty days in any 1 TAFE year.
The Chief Executive may grant to a prescribed employee special leave with pay or with part pay for such period and on such conditions as the

The Chief Executive may, where reasonable cause exists, grant to a prescribed employee special leave without pay for such period and on such conditions as the Chief Executive thinks fit.
Special leave granted under this regulation is in addition to any other leave to which a prescribed employee may be entitled.
