6 Crown bound
(1)
This Act binds the Crown in right of this jurisdiction, and so far as the legislative power of the legislature of this jurisdiction permits, the
Crown in all its other capacities.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect the liability of the
Crown to tax under another taxation law.
