14 Power to search baggage etc in special area
(1)
A police officer may, in a special area, stop and search anything in the possession of or under the control of any person.
(2)
A police officer conducting a search under this section may require the person to open any baggage, parcel, container or other thing and to do anything else that is reasonable to facilitate the search.
(3)
A police officer may detain a person for as long as is reasonably necessary to conduct a search under this section.
(4)
A police officer may conduct a search under this section without being in possession of a copy of the special area declaration and without any other warrant.
