4 Continuation of Institution as body corporate
The Institution—
(a)
incorporated on 23 May 1881 continues in existence as a body corporate; and
(b)
has perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(c)
can sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(d)
has the functions and powers assigned or conferred under this or any other Act.
